Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and withdrawals may be restricted during the investigation period. air123 will aim to communicate the reason for the suspension and the expected resolution timeline where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not affect any bets that are already placed and pending settlement — those will be settled in the normal course and the outcome applied to your balance at the time of settlement.
