You'll need to make a PKR deposit before placing real-money bets or playing casino games.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use air123. This applies to all parts of the platform, including any free-play or demo modes. Date of birth is collected at registration and may be verified before certain account actions. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed immediately and any deposits returned.

No — one account per person is the rule. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under different names, phone numbers or email addresses — are not permitted. Deposits & Payments

air123 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All methods are available from the Deposit section of your account dashboard after logging in. There is no currency conversion involved — everything is processed and held in PKR.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your air123 balance within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed on your end. Occasionally network delays mean it takes a little longer — if your deposit hasn't appeared within 15 minutes, check your transaction history in the Deposit section. If it's still not showing after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number from your JazzCash or Easypaisa app.

Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method used. The current minimums are displayed in the Deposit section of your account for each available method. air123 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Your own payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own standard transfer fees depending on your account type and the transaction amount. Check with your payment provider if you're unsure what fees they apply. air123 itself does not add fees on top of the deposit amount.
Withdrawals

Log in, go to the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard, select your preferred method, enter the PKR amount and confirm. Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for your most recent deposit — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Make sure the account details you provide match your registered identity details.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. You can track the status of your withdrawal request in the Transaction History section of your account. If a withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, contact support for an update.

Common reasons include an active bonus wagering requirement that hasn't been fully met yet, an account verification step that hasn't been completed, or the withdrawal amount exceeding the daily processing limit. Check your account notifications for any pending action required on your end. If nothing is flagged and the withdrawal is still pending beyond the standard timeframe, contact support through live chat with your withdrawal reference number.
Sports Betting & Cricket

air123 covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), all international T20 series involving Pakistan, Test matches, ODI series, ICC tournaments (World Cup, Champions Trophy, T20 World Cup) and other major domestic and international cricket competitions. Markets are published ahead of each match and updated live during in-play betting.

If a match is officially abandoned without a result — due to rain, pitch conditions or other reasons — pre-match bets are typically voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. For in-play bets placed after the match started, settlement depends on how many overs were completed and whether an official result was reached under the relevant playing conditions. Yes — live in-play markets are available during matches. These include next wicket, runs in the current over, match winner (updated with live odds), top batsman and other dynamic markets that change throughout the match. The most common reason is that "Install from unknown sources" is disabled in your phone's security settings.
